I registered a child for a membership kit today. When should he/she expect it to arrive?

Please allow 3-5 weeks from the time you register until you receive the membership kit, unless an expedited shipping option was selected.

I forgot my username and password. How can I find this information?

Click the "Forgot Username/Password" button under the login section on Rookies.BaltimoreRavens.com and follow the directions on the page that allows to receive your username and password through email.

Why does my child not have the option to join/upgrade to Ultimate Rookies?

Ultimate Rookies must be between the ages of 6-14 years old. However, Official Rookies is free and open to children ages 0-14 years old.

How do I renew my child's membership?

Upon login to the Ravens Rookies website, please look under the "Expired On" title and click the "Renew Now" link.

My child does not play youth football. Can they still register for Ravens Rookies?

Of course. All children are encouraged join Ravens Rookies, regardless of activities they do or do not participate in.

My child is a member, and I need to make changes to our account. How can I change/update personal information for our account?

Simply login to the Ravens Rookies website and either click your child’s name to edit your child’s information or click "Edit Your Parent Profile" to edit your information.

My child lives outside of the Baltimore - can we still be members?

Of course you can! The Baltimore Ravens are fortunate to have fans all over the globe and would love to have you join our Ravens Rookies Kids Club! To sign-up, click the "Rookie Login" button to the right in the above toolbar.

Is this membership a lifetime membership?

To keep the Ravens Rookies Kids Club fresh and exciting, each Ultimate Rookie membership will last for one or three year(s) from the time they enroll. As their expiration date approaches, you will be sent a renewal notice from the Baltimore Ravens at which time you have the opportunity to renew for another year. The Ravens will continue to create innovative ways to keep the Ravens Rookies Kids Club new and exciting throughout the years.

My child lives outside of the United States. Is he/she eligible to participate and win the contests that you advertise?

Definitely - Ravens Rookies contests are open to all Rookies whether they live in the United States or outside the United States.*

How will I know if my child has been selected as a contest winner?

All contest winners will be contacted by the Baltimore Ravens directly through phone or email.

Is my child eligible to win more than one contest per year?

Unfortunately not. We have many Ravens Rookies members and would like as many as possible to win contests. However, at each renewal, your child once again becomes eligible for contests held in that year.

Is my membership information private and will it stay within the Baltimore Ravens organization?

Yes, absolutely! All information you provide will only be used by the Baltimore Ravens for Ravens Rookies related purposes. We will never sell or otherwise distribute your information to a third party.
